About Rookery Bay Environmental Learning Center
Rookery Bay is a National Estuarine Research Reserve protecting the mangrove estuary between Naples and Marco Island. Its Environmental Learning Center, off Tamiami Trail East, explains the estuary with exhibits and aquariums, and is a good first stop before kayaking or a boat trip.
