Naples is spread out along the coast, so most visitors hire a car. The two main roads are Interstate 75, inland, and US 41, the Tamiami Trail, closer to the coast. Drive on the right; you may turn right on a red light after stopping unless a sign says otherwise. Beach parking is by meter or permit; downtown has public garages.
