About Smallwood Store Museum
The Smallwood Store on Chokoloskee, just south of Everglades City, was the trading post where settlers and Seminole and Miccosukee people traded in the early 20th century. It is now a museum full of the original stock and stories of frontier life in the Ten Thousand Islands.
